What this site collects
This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics. If you fill in the contact form, the message is composed on your device so you can send it by text or use it when you call. Those details are not stored on this website.
If we work together
If you become a client, I will keep the information needed to provide counselling or supervision: your contact details, agreement to work together, and brief session notes. That information is used to offer the service, keep you safe, and meet professional obligations.
The lawful bases are usually your consent, and legitimate interests or legal obligation where notes, safeguarding or insurance require a record.
Sharing
I do not sell information. I would only share something about you with your agreement, or where the law or safeguarding requires it — for example a risk of serious harm. See confidentiality and safeguarding.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information I hold, ask for a correction, or ask me to delete information where the law allows. To do that, call or text 07505 354 318.
If you are unhappy with how information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
